A. Attendees can call the Turf Valley Resort & Conference Center directly 410.465.1500 or 888.833.8873 and ask to receive the C&D Recycling Forum group rate of $131 per night plus tax. After August 26th the group rate cannot be guaranteed but is dependent on space and rate availability at the time of reservation.
Q: Who is the organizer?
A: The organizer of the C&D Recycling Forum is the Recycling Today Media Group. The Recycling Today Media Group publishes Construction & Demolition Recycling and Recycling Today magazines. The Recycling Today Media Group is a division of GIE Media, a Cleveland, Ohio based business-to-business producer of magazines, conferences, web sites and directories.

A: Registration will open on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.

A: The presenters represent a diverse cross section of the construction, demolition, waste management and recycling industry as well as experts in the area of technical and plant operations.

Q: How do I register?
A: There are four ways to register.

By Phone: Call 800.456.0707 (or 330.523.5400) and ask to register for the C&D Recycling Forum.
By Mail: Complete a registration form and mail with payment (checks made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) to 4020 Kinross Lakes Parkway, Suite 201, Richfield, OH 44286.
By Fax: Complete a registration form and fax with credit card information to 330.659.0823.
Q: What are the registration fees?

Q: How will I know that my registration has been received?
A: Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Bring this confirmation letter with you to the conference and trade show.
Q: How do I pay for the registration fee?
A: The forum accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Checks and money orders (made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) are also accepted. Please do not send cash with mail in registrations. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank.
Q: Do you accept on-site registrations?
A: Yes. Onsite registrations are accepted on a space available basis. An additional $25 per person fee is assessed for all on-site registrations.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or mailed to C&D Recycling Forum. Voice mails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. The C&D Recycling Forum reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: A full refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by September 19, 2011. No refunds will be issued after September 19, 2011 or for no shows. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if the show is cancelled due to insufficient registrations or instructor emergency.
Q: What is the substitution policy?
A: Attendees can notify the conference at any time that another individual will attend the forum in their place.
Q: When do I receive my badge and forum materials?
A: Name badge and attendee materials will be available for pick up at the forum registration desk at the Turf Valley Resort & Conference Center beginning on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 1:00p.m.
